B\u00f6ylece, 2009 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana hem yetkili konfederasyon s\u0131fat\u0131yla hem de hizmet kollar\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131nda yetkili sendikalar\u0131yla kamu g\u00f6revlilerinin hakl\u0131, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, onurlu ve g\u00fcr sesi oldu\u011funu sars\u0131lmaz \u015fekilde bir kere daha ortaya koymu\u015f oldu.<\/p>\n

Bug\u00fcn gelinen nokta al\u0131n terinin, eme\u011fin ve dayan\u0131\u015fman\u0131n neticesidir elbette.<\/p>\n

Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Memur-Sen ailesi olarak bizler; toplu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeden toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye, Kurum \u0130dari Kurulu\u2019ndan Kamu Personeli Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu\u2019na, insan onuruna, insanca ya\u015famaya, sayg\u0131n i\u015f anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla uyumlu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131na dair bir\u00e7ok kazan\u0131m elde ettik. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede \u015fimdiye kadar hem yetkili konfederasyon s\u0131fat\u0131yla Memur-Sen\u2019in, hem de hizmet kollar\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131nda yetkili sendikalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n Toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme masas\u0131nda 350 kazan\u0131m ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere, Kamu Personeli Dan\u0131\u015fma Kurulu\u2019ndan Kurum \u0130dari Kurulu toplant\u0131lar\u0131na kadar elde etmi\u015f oldu\u011fu 802 kazan\u0131m elde ettik.<\/p>\n

Kamu g\u00f6revlilerine y\u00f6nelik y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz bu kutlu m\u00fccadele insanca ya\u015famaya en uygun mali ve sosyal haklar\u0131, sayg\u0131n i\u015f anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131na uygun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6zg\u00fcrce hayata devam edebilme imk\u00e2n\u0131n\u0131 kamu g\u00f6revlilerinin kazan\u0131m hanesine eklemek Memur-Sen\u2019e nasip olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

Mali, idari, \u00f6zl\u00fck ve sosyal kazan\u0131mlar elde etmenin yan\u0131nda sosyal adaletin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi, gelir da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n mutlaka \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 almas\u0131 ve kamu g\u00f6revlilerinin tamam\u0131n\u0131n kadrolu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan olmas\u0131 konusundaki kararl\u0131 duru\u015fumuzu da g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde sergileyerek bug\u00fcn bu hususlar\u0131n toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme h\u00fckm\u00fcne d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi yine Memur-Sen\u2019in etkili g\u00fcc\u00fc sayesinde olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

Masada taraf olma hakk\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan, mali ve sosyal haklar\u0131n yan\u0131nda \u00f6zl\u00fck hakk\u0131 ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fclmesini ve kazan\u0131m elde edilmesini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren, hem gayri insani hem de hukuk d\u0131\u015f\u0131 olan ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fc yasa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele veren, ILO\u2019da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n temsilinde kamu g\u00f6revlileri sendikalar\u0131n\u0131n\/konfederasyonunun yer almas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan yine Memur-Sen\u2019dir.<\/p>\n

Kamu personel sistemini zay\u0131flatan, asgari standartlara uymaks\u0131z\u0131n personel \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na imkan sa\u011flayan ge\u00e7ici personel istihdam\u0131n\u0131 sistemin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karan da Memur-Sen\u2019dir.<\/p>\n
