Memur-Sen Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ali Yal\u00e7\u0131n, Akit TV\u2019de g\u00fcndemi de\u011ferlendirdi. Toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinde ya\u015fananlar\u0131 anlatan Yal\u00e7\u0131n, memur ve i\u015f\u00e7i toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri aras\u0131ndaki farklara vurgu yaparak 4688 say\u0131l\u0131 yasan\u0131n art\u0131k de\u011fi\u015fmesi gerekti\u011fini ifade etti.<\/b><\/em><\/p>\n

Ali Yal\u00e7\u0131n, toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme s\u00fcrecinde i\u015f\u00e7ilerle s\u00fcre olarak benzer d\u00f6neme geldiklerini ancak ayn\u0131 s\u00fcre\u00e7leri ya\u015famad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek, \u201c Onlar 2021-2022 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcler. Nihayetinde 4688 say\u0131l\u0131 kanun; masadaki oturma d\u00fczeni, dayan\u0131\u015fma aidat\u0131n\u0131n memur sendikac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda olmamas\u0131, tutanak tutulamamas\u0131, hakem heyetinin yap\u0131s\u0131 ve s\u00fcre boyutuyla bizler i\u00e7in s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bir ortam olu\u015fturuyor. Bu sebeple toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme yasam\u0131z\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesini talep ediyor, i\u015f\u00e7ilerle ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemleri kapsayacak \u015fekilde toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeyi arzuluyoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n

Di\u011fer toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmelere g\u00f6re 6. D\u00f6nem Toplu S\u00f6zle\u015fme\u2019nin ayr\u0131 bir yeri oldu\u011funu ifade eden Yal\u00e7\u0131n, \u201c Bize gelen ilk teklif 2022 ve 2023 y\u0131llar\u0131 i\u00e7in toplamda %23\u2019t\u00fc. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen m\u00fczakereler sonucu biz bunu toplamda %26\u2019ya y\u00fckseltmeyi ba\u015fard\u0131k. Bunun maa\u015flara yans\u0131mas\u0131 ise %28,61 olacakt\u0131r. Tabi enflasyon fark\u0131 da bunlara eklenecek. Bunun yan\u0131nda 3600 ek g\u00f6sterge ve s\u00f6zle\u015fmeliler konusunu da 2022 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7erisinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yap\u0131lacak \u015fekilde masada bir sonuca ba\u011flad\u0131k. Bu toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmede daha \u00f6nceki kazan\u0131mlar hari\u00e7 92 yeni kazan\u0131m elde ettik. Ancak bizim i\u00e7in bu toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme sendikal\u0131 olanlar boyutuyla avantaj olu\u015fturan bir toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme. Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle bu toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi biz di\u011fer toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerimizden ay\u0131r\u0131yoruz. \u00d6rg\u00fctl\u00fc olman\u0131n k\u0131ymeti, de\u011feri ve bir araya gelmenin \u00f6nemi bu toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmede artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sendikal\u0131 olanlar, olmayana g\u00f6re 400 TL fazla \u00fccret alm\u0131\u015f olacak. Bu kazan\u0131m\u0131 sendikal alan ve verdi\u011fimiz m\u00fccadele a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan son derece \u00f6nemli g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Yal\u00e7\u0131n, toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme masas\u0131ndaki hizmet kollar\u0131na ili\u015fkin kazan\u0131mlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle anlatt\u0131: \u201cSilahl\u0131 koruma ve g\u00fcvenlik g\u00f6revlilerine ayl\u0131k 89,65 TL bir ilave art\u0131\u015f getirdik. K\u0130T\u2019lerde 4\/B s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personele y\u0131ll\u0131k 4304 ile 721 TL aras\u0131nda ilave art\u0131\u015f alacak. S\u0131n\u0131f \u00f6\u011fretmenleri ve okul \u00f6ncesi \u00f6\u011fretmenlerine ayl\u0131k ortalama 211 TL, rehber \u00f6\u011fretmenlerine 132 TL, \u00f6zel e\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretmenlerine ayl\u0131k 317 TL, sa\u011fl\u0131kta hekim d\u0131\u015f\u0131 personele 270 ile 420 TL aras\u0131nda bir iyile\u015ftirme getirdik. MTA personelinde 180, KOSGEB personeline 150, imamlarda 90 TL \u015feklinde iyile\u015ftirmeler mevcut. \u00dcniversite idari personelinin tayin hakk\u0131 yoktu, bunu \u00e7\u00f6zd\u00fck. Gen\u00e7lik ve Spor Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 personeline her m\u00fcsabaka i\u00e7in ilave \u00fccret olacak \u015fekilde toplam 248 TL\u2019ye varacak bir art\u0131\u015f sa\u011flad\u0131k. Acil \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 merkezlerindeki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara ayl\u0131k 179 TL iyile\u015ftirme kazand\u0131rd\u0131k. Hakim ve savc\u0131larla birlikte mesai saatleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda mesai yapan personele 236 TL\u2019ye kadar, yurt y\u00f6netim memurlar\u0131nda 89,65 TL ayl\u0131k iyile\u015ftirme, y\u0131ll\u0131k 1075 TL bir iyile\u015ftirme var. Adalet hizmetleri tazminat\u0131nda art\u0131r\u0131m var. Emniyette ve Milli Savunma Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019ndaki sivil memura fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hakk\u0131 getirdik. Adliyelerdeki fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan memura iyile\u015ftirmeler getirdik. Cami ve mescitlerde g\u00f6rev yapan din g\u00f6revlilerine Ramazan ay\u0131 boyunca 269 TL, tatil g\u00fcnlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131nda 202 TL\u2019lik iyile\u015ftirme var. S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli stat\u00fcs\u00fcndeki orman muhafaza memurlar\u0131 i\u00e7in 180 TL, Orman Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019nde ara\u00e7 kullanan personele ayl\u0131k 125 TL iyile\u015ftirme s\u00f6z konusu. Bunun gibi bir\u00e7ok yeni kazan\u0131m\u0131z ve ilave kazan\u0131m\u0131m\u0131z mevcut. Biz t\u00fcm bunlar g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda 6. D\u00f6nem Toplu S\u00f6zle\u015fme i\u00e7in en kapsay\u0131c\u0131 ve en reformist toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fmedir diyoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n
